新城金矿采场地压活动规律及支护技术研究

摘要: 以新城金矿难采矿体上向分层充填法为工程背景,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析一步采场和二步采场回采过程中的应力位移变化规律,对开釆过程中的地压活动规律进行了定量预测;同时针对采场地压与所采用的锚杆支护机理不相匹配的问题,确定了长锚索与树脂锚杆联合支护方案及其支护参数,对支护效果进行了数值分析。该研究结果为类似矿山地压控制提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract: Taking the upward sublevel filling method used in difficultly mining ore body of Xincheng Gold Mine as engineering background,the numerical simulation software FLAC3D is adopted to analyze the change law of the stress and displacement in the process of the first step and second step stoping. The underground pressure activity law can be forecasted quantificationally during the mining period. At the same time,arming at the problem of the mismatching between stope ground pressure and anchor bolt support mechanism,the combined support scheme of long anchor cable and resin bolt and support parameters are determined and the support effect is evaluated. The research result provides the reliable theory for the ground pressure control of similar mine.
