摘要: 采用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术实现了对潜孔钻机冲击频率的实时提取,成功地提取到了某型潜孔钻机开孔冲击频率,为进一步根据冲击频率实现对潜孔钻机的智能控制、冲击性能分析、在线监测、故障诊断等工作提供了参考。整个系统结构简单、性能稳定、信号保真度高,经过实践应用取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: By means of LabVIEW virtual instrument technique,the real-time extraction for the impact frequency of down-the-hole drill was realized,and the impact frequency of a certain type of down-the-hole drill was successfully extracted.On the basis of the impact frequency,the research provided a reference for intelligent control,impact strength analysis,on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis for the down-the-hole drill.The overall system has features of simply structure,stable performance and high signal fidelity,meanwhile good effect has been obtained in the practical application.
