某铁矿无底柱分段崩落法矿石回采方式优化研究

摘要: 四川某铁矿为在缓倾斜中厚矿条件下使用无底柱分段崩落法的矿山,矿山在扩能改造之后生产规模有了较大增长,但由于种种原而不能达产,矿山生产压力剧增,严重制约了企业的发展和经济效益的提高。为此,根据矿山矿体的赋存特点,对缓倾斜中厚矿体条件下的无底柱分段崩落法回采方式进行了改进优化,形成了一套适合缓倾斜中厚矿体的矿石回采技术措施,最大限度地提高了矿石回采率,降低了贫化损失,为相似条件的矿山提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract: An iron mine in Sichuan which adopted the pillarless sublevel caving method for gently inclined medium-thick ore-body has greatly increased the scale of production after capacity expansion and renovation Due to various reasons,it did not reach the production capacity,resulting in large pressure in mine production,and seriously restricting the development of enterprises and economic benefits Therefore,according to the occurrence characteristics of the ore,the pillarless sublevel caving method for the gently inclined medium-thick ore-body was improved,forming a suitable process for the ore-body above Then new process can maximize the ore recovery rate and reduce the loss and dilution rate,thus providing a valuable reference for similar mines.
