尾矿坝外排土压坡对尾矿坝稳定性影响研究

摘要: 顺达矿业公司选矿厂尾矿库排土压坡的外坡坡比为1∶5,坡角为11°。排土压坡后,使尾矿库的安全系数由1.628提高至1.915,尾矿坝浸润线仍保持在合理范围内。为使压坡土体有良好的排渗效能,清理排土范围内的植被及第四系软弱层,并在其上铺设2~3 m块石层是保证排土压坡成功的关键所在。研究表明,尾矿坝外排土压坡在安全上是可行的,可供类似尾矿坝加固工程参考。

Abstract: The outer slope ratio of tailing dam is 1∶5 and the slope angle is 11° in dressing plant of Shunda Mining Company.When waste dumping covers the slope,the safety factor of tailing dam is increased to 1.915 from 1.628,and the saturation line is still maintained at a reasonable range.In order to guarantee the slope's drainage performance,it is significant that the vegetation in mine dumping range and the quaternary soft layer are cleaned up,and 2~3 m block stone are laid out on it.The research indicates that it is feasible to cover the outer slope with the waste dump in safety.It offers a reference to similar reinforcement projects of tailing dam.
