煤矸石梯形条带充填采空区可行性研究

摘要: 煤矸石充填采煤技术能用于低成本、安全、高效回收“三下”压煤和煤柱资源,有效循环利用矿区矸石是绿色开采的关键。提出了梯形条带充填采煤岩层控制的等价采体理论。进一步对梯形充填体的尺寸确定和稳定性进行了分析。分析表明:充填体的稳定性随采深和采高的增大而减小,随充填体截面尺寸的增大而增大;梯形充填方式适用于采高较小的中薄煤层开采,密实充填方式更适用于采高较大的厚煤层深度开采。

Abstract: The mining technology with coal gangue backfilling can be used to recover the resource of “three under” underground coals and the coal pillar by the way of low cost,high security and effection.Effective recycling of gangues in mining area is the key for green mining.The theory of equivalent mining volume of trapezoidal strips filling mining strata control is presented.A further analysis of the determination of size and stability are made.The results show that: stability of filling reduces with the increase of mining depth and mining height,and increases with the increase of filling body's sectional dimension.The trapezoidal backfilling method is suitable for medium-thin coal seam with small mining height,and the dense backfilling is more suitable for the thick seam mining with large mining height.
