铁矿全尾砂新型充填胶凝材料的开发及应用研究

摘要: 全尾砂充填法采矿是未来铁矿石开采的发展趋势,降低采矿成本是铁矿充填法采矿的必由之路。以水淬渣粉作为主要原料,采用碱和盐复合激发剂激发,获得了一种全尾砂新型充填胶凝材料—矿山尾砂固结粉(简称矿尾粉,代号为KWF)。与水泥材料相比,矿尾粉成本低、强度高,对含泥量高的全尾砂充填料优势更显著。采用矿尾粉替代水泥用于铁矿充填法采矿,不仅能够降低充填采矿成本,而且还能够实现固体废弃物资源化利用,从而保护环境和无废开采。矿尾粉新型充填胶凝材料已在唐龙新型建材有限公司工业化生产,在东凯矿业公司铁矿山应用,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益;为在建设中的司家营地区大型贫铁矿充填法采矿奠定了基础。

Abstract: Mining with full tailing filling is the development tendency to exploit iron ore.Reducing the mining cost is the only way to keep iron ore filling stoping.With water-quenched slag as main raw material,alkali and salt as a composite activator,a new type of full-tailing cementing material called as KWF (full tailings consolidated powder in mine) was obtained.Compared with the cement,the KWF has features of lower cost and higher strength.It has obvious advantage for the full tailing filling with high clay.The KWF instead of cement to be used in filling mining can reduce the cost of filling mining,and also realize the comprehensive utilization of the solid waste,so as to protect the environment and realize no waste mining.The KWF has been produced by Tanglong New Building Material Co.,Ltd.and applied in the iron mine in Dongkai mining company with significant economic and social benefits obtained.It lays a foundation for the filling stoping of large lean iron ore in Sijiaying district.
