铜陵有色卡尔多炉渣中稀贵元素的预富集试验

Experimental Study on the Preconcentration of Rare Precious Metals in Kaldor Slag of Tongling

摘要: 富含Au、Ag、Pt、Pd、Se等稀贵元素的卡尔多炉渣在返回卡尔多炉再提金、银前,进行预富集可以提高卡尔多炉的工作效率,降低卡尔多炉的生产成本,解决返回料越积越多问题。铜陵有色金属公司对其卡尔多炉渣进行了浮选预富集工艺研究,结果表明:以硫酸亚铁为硫化矿物的活化剂、硫化钠为氧化矿物的活化剂,采用粗选1重点回收硫化矿、粗选2重点回收氧化矿的2粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回浮选流程,可获得Au、Ag、Pt、Pd、Se品位分别为508.76 g/t、55.78%、9.36 g/t、16.92 g/t、2.94%,Au、Ag、Pt、Pd、Se回收率分别为95.60%、90.09%、78.00%、88.50%、86.70%的浮选精矿;浮选尾矿采用SLon-400型离心选矿机重选,可获得金、银品位分别为9.45 g/t和1 600 00 g/t,金、银流程回收率分别为2.27%和3.28%的重选精矿;全流程的金、银回收率分别达9787%和9337%。因此,浮选—重选工艺是卡尔多炉渣的高效回收工艺,重选尾矿中的金、银可考虑采用化学选矿方法回收。

Abstract: Pre-enrichment on Kaldor slag which is rich in precious metals of Au,Ag,Pt,Pd,Se before it returns into Kaldo furnace for re-smelt can improve the working efficiency of the Kaldor furnace,reduce production cost,solve the problem of returned material accumulate.The pre-enrichment technology of Kaldor slag was studied by Tongling Nonferrous Metals Company,the results show that:With ferrous sulfate as the activator on sulfide minerals,sodium sulfide as the activator on oxide minerals,the flotation flowsheet of two roughing two cleaning two scavenging and middlings return in order,final concentrate with grade of Au,Ag,Pt,Pd,Se is 508.76 g/t,55.78%,9.36 g/t,16.92 g/t,2.94%,and recovery rate of Au,Ag,Pt,Pd,Se is 95.60%,90.09%,78.00%,88.50%,86.70%;Using SLon-400 type centrifugal separator on flotation tailings,concentrate grade of Au,Ag is 9.45 g/t and 1 600.00 g/t,recovery rate of Au,Ag is 2.27% and 3.28%,flotation-gravity separation total recovery rate of Au,Ag is 97.87% and 93.37%.Therefore,flotation-gravity separation is an efficient recovery process for Kaldor furnace slag,gold and silver in the gravity separation tailings can be recovered by chemical dressing method.
