尾矿堆存技术的最新进展

Latest Progress of Tailings Stockpiling Technology

摘要: 综述了湿式尾矿堆存、干式尾矿堆存、膏体尾矿堆存、袋式尾矿堆存技术和尾矿固结技术等尾矿堆存技术的最新进展。指出在利用废弃空间堆存尾矿、尾矿库防渗和排渗技术、尾矿库筑坝和加固技术、尾矿库闭库设计、尾矿库模型验证技术、干式尾矿库筑坝和堆存技术、膏体尾矿排放和堆存技术及袋式尾矿堆存技术研究方面取得了一定进展,已建矿山需进一步开展湿式尾矿库的排渗和防渗技术、筑坝和加固技术、尾矿库溃坝仿真模型和安全预测模型等研究,新建矿山需进一步开展干堆尾矿的浓缩技术与装备、膏体尾矿的浓缩技术与装备、尾矿浓缩过程中的絮凝技术、干堆和膏体尾矿的输送技术等研究,袋式尾矿堆存技术和尾矿固结堆放目前仍不够成熟,还需进行进一步深入研究。

Abstract: The latest progresses of tailings stockpiling technology of wet tailings,dry tailings paste tailings and bag type tailings,and tailings consolidation technology were comprehensively reviewed.Some progress on such tailings stockpiling technology as abandoned space stockpiling,tailings dam seepage-proofing and drainage technology,tailings damming and reinforcement technology,tailings dam closed design,model verification technology,dry tailings dam construction and storage technology,paste tailings discharge and storage technology,and the bag type tailings stockpiling technology,have been achieved.Some research works such as seepage-proofing and drainage technology of wet-type tailings dam,tailings damming and reinforcement technology,tailings dam break simulation model and safety prediction model will be further carried out for the presemt mines.While for the new mines,the research works have to be further carried out as following:concentratration echnology and equipment of dry tailings and paste tailings,flocculation technology in the process of tailings concentration,conveying technology of dry tailings and paste tailings.The bag-type tailings stockpiling technology and tailings concretion stockpiling technology are still not mature enough,and need to be further investigated.
