湖北某胶磷矿石浮选脱铁、铝、镁试验

摘要: 湖北某中低品位硅质胶磷矿含有大量铁、铝、镁杂质元素,为开发利用该资源,减轻杂质元素对后续磷矿加工带来的不利影响,对代表性矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究和浮选工艺研究。结果表明:倍半氧化物R2O3(即Al2O3与Fe2O3)主要存在于云母黏土类矿物和铁碳质矿物中,钙镁质共生矿物以白云石的形态存在;矿石采用2次正浮选、1次反浮选流程处理,获得了P2O5品位为32.98%、回收率为92.30%,R2O3含量为2.94%、脱除率为69.17%,MgO含量为1.02%、脱除率为67.54%的磷精矿,符合酸法加工磷矿石优等品质量标准。

Abstract: A mid-low grade silicon phosphate rock from Hubei contains large amounts of iron,magnesium,aluminum impurities.In order to make use of phosphorus resources and reduce the handling difficulty of subsequent processing,the process mineralogy and flotation process on the ore was studied.The results showed that sesquioxides R2O3 (Fe2O3 and Al2O3) mainly existed in mica-clay minerals and iron-carbon minerals,calcium magnesium paragenetic minerals exist in the form of dolomite;The phosphate concentrate containing P2O5 of 32.98% with the recovery rate of 92.30%,the content of R2O3 2.94% with the removal rate of 69.17%,the content of MgO 1.02% with the removal rate of 67.54% was obtained by the process of two direct flotation and one reverse flotation.The quality of concentrate reaches the high-class standard of phosphate ore for the acidic processing.
