尾矿库三维点云数字化安全闭库技术

摘要: 针对目前尾矿库闭库设计问题研究不足的现状,提出了在三维点云基础上开展数字化闭库设计。结合某尾矿库闭库实际需求,首先,利用长距离三维激光扫描仪获取了尾矿库及周边环境的三维点云数据,经拼接、去噪、孤点剔除、植被过滤等数据处理过程,建立了尾矿库堆积三维实体模型。然后,根据拟定的闭库总体方案,依次进行了排洪系统、库顶结构、截洪沟的三维数字设计,提出了阶梯式台地新型库顶结构,使整个库区总体形成库底地势高、坝体地势低的有利于排水的库区顶部结构,可保持自然稳定,且可避免形成山顶水库,大大减小了洪水漫坝进而溃坝的风险。最后,针对闭库方案,分别进行了调洪演算与稳定性分析,验证结果表明:两者均符合尾矿库安全要求。基于三维点云数据建立的实体模型,为尾矿库数字化闭库设计的开展提供了准确数据基础,结合提出的新型库顶结构,可为类似尾矿库闭库设计提供一种新的思路。

Abstract: According to the current research situation of closure problem for tailings pond,digital closure design based on 3D points cloud was put forward.Combined with the actual closure needs of one tailings pond,first of all,the three-dimensional points cloud data of tailings pond and surrounding environment was obtained by the long range 3D laser scanner.Then,three-dimensional entity model was generated after the denoising,splicing and modeling process of three-dimensional points cloud data were finished.On the basis of the proposed closure scheme,3D digital design of the drainage system,roof structure of pond,and flood intercepting trench were carried out one by one.The terrace bench as a new roof structure of pond was proposed for the closure design.The flood water on the roof of pond was so easily drained out that the tailings dam can maintain the natural stability,and can greatly reduce the dam break risk from the flood overtopping.Finally,in order to verify the closure scheme,the analysis of flood regulating calculation and stability were implemented.The verification results showed that both met the safety requirements of tailings pond.The accurate data for digital closure design was provided by the entity model established based on 3D points cloud data.Combined with the new roof structure of pond proposed,it can be a new way for closure design of similar tailings pond.
