选矿废水治理与循环利用技术现状及展望

摘要: 选矿废水的强酸高碱以及选矿废水中的大量固体悬浮物、重金属离子和各种浮选药剂的残留等是形成矿山环境污染的重要潜在因素。为了更好地推动矿山选矿废水治理与循环利用技术的发展,在介绍了选矿废水的来源、水质特征及危害的基础上,总结了自然净化、酸碱中和、混凝沉淀和化学氧化等典型废水治理技术和人工湿地、微生物处理、光催化氧化等新型治理技术的原理、现状及优缺点,并从集中回用与分质回用2方面阐述了选矿废水循环利用技术的现状和适用范围,最后展望了选矿废水治理技术的研究和发展方向。

Abstract: Mineral processing wastewater contains large amounts of suspended solids,heavy metals ions,and variety kinds of flotation reagents residue etc.and which are important potential factors for formation of the mine environmental pollution.In order to promote better development of mineral processing wastewater treatment and cyclic utilization technology,based on the introduction of the sources,water quality characteristics and harm of mineral processing waste water,the principle,present situation,the advantages and disadvantages of the natural purification,acid and alkali neutralization,coagulation sedimentation and chemical oxidation etc typical wastewater treatment technology and artificial wetland,microbial treatment and photo-catalytic oxidation etc new-type technology were analyzed.The present situation and application range of mineral processing wastewater cyclic utilization technology were expounded from centralized and scattered reuse two aspects.Research and development directions on mineral processing wastewater treatment are put forward at last.
