切顶卸压自动成巷的离散元数值模拟

摘要: 切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术是一种经济有效的无煤柱开采新技术,目前,对此技术进行关键参数研究多采用基于连续力学理论的数值模拟方法,难以实现顶板离层与垮落等物理现象的模拟。采用三维离散元软件对浅埋深煤层切顶卸压自动成巷进行研究,较详细分析了不同切缝高度下采空区上覆顶板岩层应力场与变形移动规律。研究结果表明:离散元法可有效地模拟出上覆岩层的应力场演变过程、块体的位移及岩层跨落;不同顶板预裂切顶高度对顶板顺利切顶成巷有较大影响,切缝应有效切断采空区顶板与留巷顶板间的应力传递。研究结果对切顶卸压自动成巷技术应用过程中参数的研究与分析有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: The non-pillar mining technology with automatically forming roadway by roof cutting and pressure relief and is a new economic and effective non-coal pillar mining technology.Current research on key parameters of this technology normally adopts the numerical simulation based on continuous mechanics theory,and it is difficult to achieve the physical simulation of roof abscission and collapse.The three-dimensional discrete element software is applied to investigate the roadway formed by roof cutting and pressure releasing in the shallow-buried coal seams.More detailed researches on the stress field and deformation law of overlying roof strata in mined-out area with different cutting height are made.The results show that:the discrete element method can effectively simulate the stress field evolution process of overburden layer,the displacement of blocks and the rock falling;Different roof pre-splitting cutting height has different influence on smoothly cutting roof into roadway.Cutting should effectively cut off the stress transfer between roof and the entry retaining roof in the mined-out area.This study has certain reference for analyzing the roadway parameters formed by roof cutting and pressure releasing.
