云南某难选铜锌硫化矿石选矿试验

摘要: 云南某铜锌硫化矿石铜品位为0.16%、锌品位为4.43%,铜、锌均主要以硫化物形式存在,氧化程度较低。为给该矿石开发利用提供依据,对其进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-74 μm占78%条件下,以OL-ⅡA为捕收剂经1粗3精2扫铜优先浮选(一段铜精选精矿再磨至-38 μm占94%再进行二段铜精选),选铜尾矿以X-43为活化剂、丁黄药为捕收剂经1粗4精2扫流程选锌(一段锌精选精矿再磨至-45 μm占91%再进行二段锌精选),获得了铜精矿铜品位18.52%、回收率53.89%,锌精矿锌品位47.10%、回收率88.74%的分选指标,试验结果可以为该矿石开发利用提供依据。

Abstract: There is 0.16% copper,4.43% zinc in a copper-zinc sulfide ore from Yunnan.Copper and zinc were both mainly in form of sulfide ore,and the oxidation degree is lower.In order to provide technology basis for the development and utilization of the ore,the flotation tests were carried out.The results indicated that,at the grinding fineness of 78% passing 74 μm,with OL-ⅡA as collector for preferential flotation of copper,via one roughing,three cleaning,two scavenging process(reground concentrate of first stage copper cleaning to 94% passing 38 μm),tailings of copper with X-43 as activator,butyl xanthate as collector for zinc flotation(reground concentrate of first stage zinc cleaning to 91% passing 45 μm),copper concentrate with 18.52% Cu and recovery of 53.89%,zinc concentrate with 47.10% Zn and recovery of 88.74% was obtained.The results can provide technique basis for development and utilization of the ore.
