浮选回收某缓冷铜冶炼渣中的铜

Copper Flotation Experiment on Slow Cooling Copper Smelting Slag

摘要: 某闪速炉缓冷铜渣含铜1.01%,主要有用矿物为斑铜矿、辉铜矿和黄铜矿,主要脉石矿物为辉石、玻璃质和磁铁矿等。为了实现其中铜的高效回收,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对其进行了浮选选铜试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占90%的情况下,采用2次粗选(一次粗选直接获得高品位铜精矿)、3次精选、2次扫选流程,其中一段硫化铜粗选的捕收剂BK-908用量为20 g/t、起泡剂2#油用量为20 g/t,二段硫化粗选的捕收剂EP用量为40 g/t、矿浆pH调整剂石灰用量为500 g/t、硫化剂硫化钠用量为250 g/t、起泡剂2#油用量为30 g/t,最终获得了铜品位为17.77%、铜回收率为89.38%的铜精矿。

Abstract: The slowly cooling copper smelting slag of flash furnace contains 1.01% copper.Main valuable minerals are bornite,chalcocite and chalcopyrite.Main gangue minerals are pyroxene,glass and magnetite.In order to achieve high efficiently recovery of copper,copper flotation experiment was carried out on basis of process mineralogy research.Results indicated that,at the grinding fineness of 90% passing 0.045 mm,via two roughing(one roughing scavenging to obtain high grade copper concentrate),three cleaning,two scavenging process.First roughing preferential quickly flotation with collector BK-908 dosage of 20 g/t,foaming agent 2# oil dosage of 20 g/t,second sulfide roughing scavenging with collector EP dosage of 40 g/t,pH adjusting agent lime dosage of 500 g/t,vulcanizing agent sodium sulfide dosage of 250 g/t,foaming agent 2# oil dosage of 30 g/t,finally,copper concentrate with copper grade of 17.77% and recovery of 89.38% were obtained.
