西藏某氧化铜矿石选铜试验

摘要: 西藏某氧化铜矿石铜品位为4.32%,矿石性质复杂,氧化率高,易浮泥质碱性脉石矿物含量高。针对该矿石性质及选矿厂所在特殊地理环境的特点,对矿石进行了硫化浮选选铜试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占80%、以硫化钠+硫酸铵为调整剂,戊基黄药为铜矿物捕收剂的情况下,采用2粗3精3扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,最终获得了铜品位为19.54%、铜回收率为79.21%的铜精矿。该工艺具有高效、环保的特点。

Abstract: A certain oxidized copper ore in Tibet contains copper 4.32%.The characteristics of this certain oxidized copper ore show as complex ore properties,high oxidation rate,and serious sliming.According to the characteristics of the ore and the special geographical environment of the ore dressing plant,an experiment of copper flotation by sulfide flotation was carried out.This experiment results indicated that under conditions of amyl xanthate used as collector,sodium sulfide and ammonium sulfate as regulators and the grinding fineness -0.074 mm passed 80%,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 19.54% and Cu recovery rate of 79.21% was obtained through the closed-circuit test process of two-roughing,three-concentration and three-cleaning,middling back to the flowsheet in order.This process has the characteristics of high efficiency and environmental protection.
