摘要: 金属矿产资源是国民经济、国防建设及战略性新兴产业发展的重要原料。筛分作为矿物分选的关键环 节,其技术创新对提升资源开发利用效率具有重要意义。本文综述了金属矿选矿过程中的典型筛分工艺,包括选前 分级与脱泥、选后产品脱介与脱水等。分析了矿物难筛分的典型特征,即细粒含量高、外水含量高、泥化严重及临近孔 径颗粒多,阐释了筛分过程中矿石松散困难、筛面易损、堵孔严重等关键技术难题与科学问题。系统梳理了刚柔耦合 筛分技术、大振动强度弛张筛分技术及矿用筛分装备设计方法的研究进展。刚柔耦合筛面兼具高强度、高弹性、耐腐 蚀与耐冲击特性,振动强度超过10 g;新型弛张筛面振动强度可达20 g以上,已广泛应用于铜矿、金矿、铁矿的细粒筛 分环节,为粘湿难筛分矿物高效筛分提供了有效解决途径。

Abstract: Metallic ores resources are essential raw materials for the national economy,national defense construction,and the development of strategic emerging industries.Screening,as a key stage in mineral separation,plays a critical role in impro ving resource extraction and utilization efficiency through technological innovation.This paper reviews typical screening processes for metallic ores,including pre-beneficiation classification and desliming,as well as post-beneficiation medium recovery and dewatering.It analyzes the difficult-to-screen characteristics of ores,such as high fine particle content,high surface moisture, severe sliming,and a large proportion of near-aperture particles.The key technical and scientific challenges are elucidated,in cluding the difficulty in loosening the ore bed,susceptibility of screen surfaces to damage,and severe screen blinding.The re search progress on rigid-flexible coupled screening technology,high-vibration-intensity flip-flow screening technology,and de sign methods for mining screening equipment is systematically reviewed.The rigid-flexible coupled screen surface combines high strength,high elasticity,corrosion resistance,and impact resistance,achieving a vibration intensity exceeding 10 g.The no vel flip-flow screen surface can reach a vibration intensity of over 20 g.These technologies have been widely applied in the fine particle screening circuits of copper,gold,and iron ores,providing effective solutions for the efficient screening of difficult-to screen,sticky,and wet minerals.
