内蒙古某难选赤铁矿石直接还原—弱磁选试验

摘要: 以山东某地产烟煤为还原剂、QM为助还原剂,对内蒙古某难选赤铁矿石进行直接还原—两段阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选试验,在还原剂和助还原剂与矿石的质量比分别为40%和30%、直接还原温度为1 200 ℃、直接还原时间为3 h、两段磨矿细度分别为-0.074 mm占70.63%和-0.043 mm占90.48%、两段弱磁选磁场强度均为110 kA/m的条件下,获得了铁品位和铁回收率分别为91.74%和91.46%的粉末铁产品,从而为该铁矿石的开发利用提供了备选技术方案。

Abstract: With bituminous coal from Shandong as reducing agent, and QM as assistant reducer, the experiment on refractory hematite ore from Inner Mongolia was carried out by the process of direct reduction-two-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation.The results show that under the conditions of reducer and assistant reducer with dosage of 40% and 30% and roasting at 1 200 ℃ for 3 h, grinding size at first-stage of 70.63% -0.074 mm and two-stage of 90.48% -0.043 mm, magnetic intensity of 110 kA/m, the powder iron with Fe grade of 91.74% and Fe recovery of 91.46% was obtained.It provides an alternative proposal for the development and utilization of the iron ore as this kind.
