采空区充填效果的随机规律研究

摘要: 充填开采是煤矿绿色开采技术体系的主要内容之一,不论何种充填方式,对采空区的充填都无法达到理想状态,其充填效果在一定范围内是随机的。采用随机有限元方法对煤层全开采、采空区全充填,煤层全开采、采空区部分充填以及煤层条带开采、采空区全充填3种情况进行计算分析。通过大量随机抽样计算,发现地表沉降与采空区顶板变形对于充填效果的波动更敏感。工程中应将多个因素的最不利组合考虑在内,尽可能保证采空区充填效果达到或满足设计要求,严格控制充填效果的变异程度以及变异范围,从而保证充填方案达到预期的目标。

Abstract: The cut-and-fill mining is one of the main parts commonly used in green-coal-mining system. No matter what kind of filling,the gob stowing cannot achieve an ideal effect in practice. The filling effect is random in certain scope. With the aid of stochastic finite element method,three situations of gob stowing consisting of full mining of coal seam with full backfilling,full mining with partly backfilling,and partly mining with partly backfilling,were analyzed. Through a lot of random calculation,it is shown that the surface settlement and deformation of the gob roof is more sensitive to filling effect. The most disadvantageous factors should be taken into consideration to guarantee that the filling effect should meet the design requirements as far as possible. The degree and range of variation in filling effect should be strictly controlled to ensure the filling to achieve the expected goal.
