分层崩落采矿法在滇滩水城萤石矿的应用

摘要: 滇滩水城萤石矿的生产规模为4万t/a,是座小型矿山,开拓方式为平硐开拓。矿岩破碎、稳固性差,开采过程中常发生冒顶、片帮、塌方等安全事故,矿山开采采用分层崩落采矿法。通过试验开采,摸清了该采矿方法在滇滩水城萤石矿V1矿体回采中的结构参数、矿体布置、适用条件等方面的各项工艺参数,证明分层崩落法完全适用于滇滩水城萤石矿V1矿体的回采。

Abstract: Diantan Shuicheng fluorite Mine with the capacity of 40 000 t/a is a small mine,and it is opened up by tunnels. Due to the fractured rocks and poor stability,some security accidents such as roof falling,caving and landslide always appear in the mining process. The mine is exploited by the slicing and caving stoping method. Through the tests,various technical parameters by this stoping method during exploitation of V1 ore body in Diantan Shuicheng fluorite ore are found out,including structural parameters,ore-body layout and applicable conditions etc.. Therefore,the slicing and caving stoping method fully suits for the recovery of Diantan Shuicheng fluorite ore Ⅴ1 ore-body.x
