井下现场混装乳化炸药车敏化装置的数值模拟

摘要: 根据金属矿山地下开采用的一种井下乳化基质和敏化剂的性能参数,用Fluent软件数值模拟了撞击流混合单元对井下现场乳化炸药混合敏化的效果,并通过正交试验对不同结构参数下的V型撞击流混合器的混合效果进行了模拟。模拟结果表明:入口数量为4、入口直径为5 mm、入口夹角为90°、出口直径为10 mm的V型撞击流单元性能最优,能够实现井下现场混装乳化炸药短距离连续静态混合敏化的要求。

Abstract: According to one of the performance parameters of underground emulsion matrix and sensitizer of metal underground mines,the fluent software is used to make numerical simulation on the mixed and sensitized effect of underground site emulsion explosive through the impinging stream mixing unit. The mixing effect under different structure parameters of the V type impinging stream mixer is simulated through orthogonal tests. The simulation results show that the V type impinging stream unit with 4 entrances,5 mm of diameter,90° entrance angle and 10 mm outlet diameter is the best. It can achieve the requirements of short distance continuous static mixing sensitization for underground site mixed emulsion explosives.
