摘要： 通过问卷调查和实地访谈等方法，从中国经理人的态度和案例企业的实践2方面，探讨了在南非的中国国有企业在当地矿产资源投资活动中的社会责任履行情况。

Abstract: Through questionnaire surveys and interviews, this paper explores the corporate social responsibility implementation situations of Chinese state-owned company in the mineral resources investment activities in South Africa from two aspects of the Chinese manager's attitude to the social responsibility and their practice.
