突出与冲击地压煤层工作面预测敏感指标研究

摘要: 针对深部开采特殊工程地质力学环境下,掘进工作面动力灾害预测准确率低及低指标突出现象,结合下峪口矿2#煤层区域强度差异性及瓦斯赋存不均衡特性,通过理论分析、实验室试验及现场试验,构建了2#煤层深部掘进工过面动态组合预测指标体系。研究表明:掘进迎头煤体结构Ⅰ~Ⅲ类、顶板岩层坚硬完整时,钻屑量S值和钻屑粒度分布指数Sξ值的相关性明显,Sξ预测超过30%时存在冲击地压危险性;迎头煤体结构Ⅳ~Ⅴ类、煤层异常增厚区域时,Sξ值与S、Δh2(钻屑瓦斯解吸指标)值表现为相关性不明显,S、Δh2差异程度显著,S≥6 kg/m、Δh2≥120 Pa时存在突出危险性;断层、褶皱构造应力异常区及采动叠加应力影响区同时存在冲击与突出危险;现场试验掘进工作面预测无突出、冲击准确率100%,预测指标及临界值合理有效。

Abstract: Based on low prediction accuracy and low index of outburst Phenomenon of the dynamic disaster in excavation working face under the special engineering geological mechanics environment in deep mining, combining with the strength difference of Xiayukou 2# coal region and its gas unbalanced occurrence, the dynamic combination forecasting system for deep excavation working face of 2# coal seam is built through theoretical analysis, experiment and field tests. The research shows that when the coal ore-body's structure is in classⅠ~ III, and the roof rock is hard and integral, The correlation between drilling cuttings S value and its particle size distribution index Sξ is clear, and Sξ prediction of rock burst hazard exceeds 30%; When the frontal structure of coal ore-body is in Ⅳ ~ Ⅴ and the thickening of coal seam is abnormal, the correlation between S value and S, Δh2 value is not obvious, the difference of S, Δh2 is significant, and the outburst danger exists when S≥6 kg/m, Δh2≥120 Pa. In the tectonic stress abnormal area of fold and faults and the mining superimposed stress zone, the impact and outburst exists at the same time. There is no out burst predicted in field working face with the impact accuracy rate of 100%. The prediction index and critical value are reasonable and effective.
