无导向轮塔式提升机钢丝绳滑移量测定解决方案

摘要: 对多绳提升,钢丝绳的滑绳是一个很重要的安全问题,因此,钢丝绳的滑动实时在线监测也是多绳提升一个必不可少的安全要点,但对于无导向轮的塔式提升机来说,由于没有天轮或导向轮,测定钢丝绳速度的编码器无法安装,因此,存在技术困难。提出了采用罐笼上废弃的滚轮用于测定钢丝绳滑移量的技术解决方案,并对该方案从理论上进行了一些分析、论述。

Abstract: For multi-rope hoist,sliding rope is a very important safety issue.Therefore,real-time online monitoring of the sliding rope is also an essential safety tip for multi-rope hoist.But for tower hoist with non guild wheel,the encoder of measuring rope speed can not be installed since there is no sheave or guide wheels.So there exist technical difficulties.The abandoned roller upon cage is proposed to measure the slippage of steel wire rope,and this proposal is analyzed and demonstrated from the theory.
