ABB矿山提升机停车噪声分析及对策

摘要: 安徽开发矿业有限公司李楼铁矿1#主井提升系统,采用ABB公司电控,闸控,传动系统。调试完成后顺利投产,投产近2年的过程后,出现停车振动噪声越来越大的现象,并且伴随出现空箕斗下放到位后轻微反转的现象。为解决这种安全隐患,首先调整了机械执行机构之间的配合,运行一段时间后效果不佳。经过对电控系统的深入研究,提出了一种优化控制式的软停车方案,投入后解决了存在的隐患问题。

Abstract: LiLou 1# main shaft hoist system in Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd.adopted the ABB's electronic control,gate control and drive system,and went into operation after commissioning.After two-year operation,the parking vibration noise became larger and larger and slight inversion occurs when the empty skip loads in positive stop.In order to solve such kind of security risks,the mechanical coordination between the implementing agencies was firstly adjusted,but it was ineffective after a period of running.After in-depth study on electronic control system,a soft stop proposal with optimized control was put forwards,and then the risk issue was solved.
