司家营铁矿选矿工艺改进及生产实践

摘要: 通过对司家营铁矿选矿厂原选矿工艺调查研究,针对性地指出该选矿工艺存在的问题,并逐步对原选矿工艺进行改造。通过工艺改造,选矿回收率由改造前的45.00%提高到70.00%,铁精矿品位由改造前的63.00%提高到65.50%,取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract: Based on the investigation of former beneficiation technology in dressing plant of Sijiaying Iron Ore, some improvement on the original beneficiation process are made gradually due to some problems in the process. Through the technical improvement, the iron concentrate grade is increased from 63.00% to 65.50% and its recovery is enhanced from45.00% to 70.00% with remarkable economic benefits obtained.
