某复杂氧化铜矿选矿工艺试验研究

Experimental Research on Mineral Processing in a Certain Complex Copper Oxide Ore

摘要: 在查明试样化学成分、矿物组成和赋存状态的基础上,通过条件试验确定了试验方案与工艺流程;采用硫化铜和氧化铜混合浮选工艺,加入混合捕收剂,最终得到了铜精矿品位16.08%,回收率75.04%的浮选指标。

Abstract: Based on identifying the chemical composition, mineral composition,and its occurrence of samples, a test program and process flow-sheet is determined after a great deal of conditioning experiments. It is found that the mixed flotation process of copper sulphide and copper oxide with the addition of mixed collector can realize the copper concentrate grading at 16.08% with a 75.04% recovery.
