某褐铁矿石全铁含量的测定

摘要: 在对某地褐铁矿矿石性质分析的基础上,进行了全铁含量测定方法的选择。用硫-磷混酸溶解试样,SnCl2还原Fe3+,用HgCl2氧化过量的SnCl2,以二苯胺磺酸钠作指示剂,采用重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定测全铁量。测定结果误差能够控制在国标要求的范围内,准确度和精密度高。

Abstract: Based on the properties analysis of a limonite sample, a determination method for the total iron content was recommended. The mixture of sulphuric acid and phosphoric acid was used to dissolve sample, and SnCl2 was utilized to deoxidize Fe3+ in the solution. After that, HgCl2 was applied to oxidize superfluous SnCl2, and potassium dichromate titrating solution was used to titrate total Fe content with sodium diphenylaminesulfonate as the indicator. Results indicate that it has a high analysis accuracy and precision,and the error can be controlled within the chemical analysis standard.
