新疆某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿工艺研究

摘要: 新疆某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿铜、铅、锌矿物共生关系密切,矿石性质复杂。针对该矿石特点,采用铜铅混合浮选—混浮精矿铜铅分离—混浮尾矿浮锌的工艺流程进行选矿试验,获得了铜品位和铜回收率分别为28.34%和85.26%的铜精矿、铅品位和铅回收率分别为53.18%和85.53%的铅精矿及锌品位和锌回收率分别为57.40%和85.71%的锌精矿,为合理开发该矿石资源提供了依据。

Abstract: A certain Cu-Pb-Zn poly-metallic sulfide ore in Xinjiang has a close associated relationship with each other and owns complicated ore nature.In view of its characteristics,the beneficiation tests with the process of copper-lead mixed flotation,mixed flotation separation for copper-lead concentrate and zinc concentration with mixed flotation of tailings are carried out.Then copper concentrate with Cu grade of 28.34% at an 85.26% recovery,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 53.18% at an 85.53% recovery,and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 57.40% at an 85.71% recovery are obtained respectively.It provides a basis for reasonably recovering these mineral resources.
