矿井提升机传动系统方案的探讨

摘要: 以矿井提升机电控系统的工艺控制要求为出发点,首先详细探讨了直流提升机电控系统的基本配置结构及工作原理,分析了直流传动方案的优缺点;其次给出了当前我国矿山主流交流提升机电控系统的基本配置结构及工作原理,比较了高压绕线异步电机转子串电阻调速传动方案、直联低速同步电机交交变频调速传动方案和交直交变频调速传动方案各自的优缺点。通过系统比较现阶段我国矿山采用的交、直流传动方案的相关特性,提出了合理选择矿井提升机传动系统的一般性原则,进而为以后的矿井提升机传动系统方案选择提供了设计依据。

Abstract: Taking the process control of hoist electric control system as a starting,the structure and principle of DC hoist electric control system are firstly discussed in detail and the relative merits of DC drive system is analyzed.Then,the paper presents the structure and principle of main AC hoist electric control systems for the current domestic mine in China,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of high voltage serial-resistance speed-regulation of the AC wound rotor asynchronous motor rotor,AC-AC frequency converter speed-regulation of low-speed direct synchronous motor and AC-DC-AC frequency converter speed-regulation of AC motor.Through comparing the correlated characteristics of AC and DC drive systems,the general principle of reasonable choices of various hoists electric control systems is present,thus supplying design foundation for selecting schemes for various hoists electric control systems in future.
