我国矿山透水事故的统计分析及安全管理对策

摘要: 在系统统计2001—2009年矿山透水事故资料的基础上,利用事故统计分析方法中的综合分析和统计图表法对事故数据进行了处理和分析,其中包括透水事故发生趋势的分析,以及透水事故与发生时间、矿山地域分布和企业经济类型的关系的探讨。结果表明,矿山透水事故多发生在春夏季和一天中的8—13时这一时间段,地域多分布在贵州、湖南等地,企业经济类型以乡镇企业最严重。最后针对统计结果提出了预防透水事故的安全管理对策。

Abstract: On the basis of the systematic statistics of mine water inrush accident data from 2001 to 2009,the comprehensive analysis and graphic method in accident statistical analysis are adopted to analyze the accident data,including the analysis of tends in water inrush accident and the exploration of the relationships among water inrush accident and time,mine geographical distribution and economic types of enterprises.The results show that mine water inrush accident mostly occurs in spring and summer and during the time of 8~13 o'clock in a day; It mainly distributes into Guizhou,Hunan province and other areas; Township enterprises are the most serious.Finally,some safety management countermeasures against the water inrush accident are proposed based on the statistical results.
