Abstract: In view of the complicated self-lubrication system of mining dump truck，it is very difficult to obtain fault diagnosis conclusion rapidly relying on manual work.The fuzzy theory was adopted to make the intelligent fault diagnosis for this system.It will be beneficial to improving the service life of this system，and is of great significance and broad value for improving the service life of the mining dump truck and its productivity，and reducing the costs.
