摘要: 电磁振动高频振网筛数字控制系统结合计算机技术、电子技术和网络技术,取代传统筛机的电位器式控制,在提高筛机工作参数控制精度的同时,还大大降低了操作难度,操作者可对所有筛机进行现场控制和集中控制,随意设置和查询系统中筛机的工作参数和历史记录,丰富的人机交互界面,使操作直观、简单。因而被广泛应用于选矿、选煤、制砖等行业,有效地提高了筛分效率,降低了劳动强度,提高了管理水平。其创新点在于实现了现场控制和远程集中控制,使高频振网筛控制水平提高一步,取得了极大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: The digital control system of electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen combines the technologies like computer,electronics,and network systems,which replaces the traditional potentiometer-type control.It can precisely control screening parameters and also significantly reduce the operation difficulty.The operator can control the entire screen machine on site,and also optionally set and verify the working parameters and the historical records of the electromagnetic screening system.A good man-machine interface makes the operation intuitive and simple.It is so widely used in mineral processing,coal concentration and brick preparation etc.The screening efficiency can be greatly improved,meanwhile,labor intensity be reduced and the management level improved.Its innovation is to achieve on-site control and remote centralized control,so the electromagnetic screen control level has been improved with great economic and social benefits.
