水淬渣吸附稀土氨氮废水试验研究

摘要: 探讨了水淬渣处理稀土氨氮废水的工艺条件及作用机理。试验研究表明,当选用粒径为100目的水淬渣,投加量为1.5 g,振荡60 min处理浓度为127 mg/L不调pH值的100 mL稀土氨氮废水时,氨氮去除率可达60%。通过吸附平衡试验得出水淬渣对于氨氮的吸附曲线,较好地符合Freundlich吸附等温式。

Abstract: The process and action mechanism of the rare-earth ammonia-nitrogen wastewater adsorption treatment by water-quenched slag were studied.Results showed that under the conditions of diameter of 100 mL,dosage of 0.015 g/mL,reaction time of 60 min to treat the wastewater of 127 mg/L ammonia nitrogen without adjusting the pH value,the removal rate of the ammonia nitrogen reached 60%.According to the adsorption equilibrium experiment the adsorption data fit the Freundlich equation.
