外加剂对鄂西赤铁矿尾矿免烧砖性能的影响

摘要: 为进一步提高鄂西赤铁矿尾矿免烧砖强度,在确定早强剂最佳用量条件下,再进行早强剂和减水剂复合添加的最佳用量试验,得出了最佳复合外加剂。通过外加剂对免烧砖性能、制备过程影响的系统研究,以及通过扫描电镜对复合外加剂改善免烧砖性能的机理分析得出,复合外加剂在养护过程中生成钙矾石和凝胶等产物,是提高免烧砖抗压强度的关键因素。

Abstract: In order to increase the strength of baking-free brick made from the hematite tailings of western Hubei province,under the condition of determining the optimum value of the early strength agent,carried out the optimum value test of complex adding early strength agent and water reducing agent,then obtain the optimum complex additive.Through studying the impact and hemechanism of action of the additive on the performance of baking-free brick,and analyzing the mechanism of action by SEM,the complex additive is benefit to accelerate the product of AFT and gelatum and is the key factor of increasing the compressive strength of baking-free brick.
