加压氧化对锌渣氧粉中铟和锌浸出的影响

Effect of Oxidative Pressure Leaching on the Extracting of Indium and Zinc from Zinc Oxide Flue Dust

摘要: 研究了含铟锌渣氧粉在加压和加入氧化剂的条件下与工业硫酸反应时,硫酸初浓度、浸出时间、反应温度、氧化剂用量等工艺条件对铟和锌浸出效果的影响。结果表明,加压和加入氧化剂高锰酸钾对锌渣氧粉中铟的浸出有较好的强化作用,能明显提高铟浸出率。其最佳工艺条件为:硫酸初浓度400 g/L,反应时间120 min,反应温度120 ℃,高锰酸钾用量为矿样量的4%。在此条件下,铟浸出率可达到90.6%。同时,加压氧化浸出工艺对锌渣物料中锌的浸出也有一定的强化作用。

Abstract: In the reaction of indium-bearing zinc oxide flue dust (ZOFD) with industrial sulfuric acid by oxidative pressure leaching in an autoclave,the effects of different technological conditions,such as initial concentration of sulfuric acid,reaction time,temperature and the dosage of oxidant,on leaching efficiency of indium and zinc were studied.The experimental results showed that the extraction of indium from ZOFD can be enhanced effectively by both pressuring and using potassium permanganate as oxidant.The optimum conditions of pressure leaching were determined as 400 g/L sulfuric acid for 120 min at 120 °C with the dosage of KMnO4 was 4% (wt.% ) of ZOFD.The leaching rate of indium can reach 90.6% under these optimum conditions.Simultaneously,the process of oxidative pressure leaching could also strengthen the zinc extraction from ZOFD,but the effect was not obvious.
