黄铁矿对微生物浸铀的影响

摘要: 通过柱浸方式,用加入黄铁矿和不加入黄铁矿的铀矿石进行微生物浸铀对比试验,从浸出周期、耗酸率、铀浸出率等方面研究黄铁矿对微生物浸铀的影响。试验结果显示,在同样为60 d的浸出时间内,加入黄铁矿的矿石比不加入黄铁矿的矿石耗酸率降低1.2个百分点,浸出率提高约10个百分点,说明黄铁矿在微生物浸铀过程中可以起到缩短浸铀周期、降低酸耗、提高浸出率的作用。

Abstract: A comparative tests of uranium bio-leaching was conducted,where with and without the presence of pyrite are studied and comparison made on leaching cycle,acid consumption rate and rate of leaching. The results showed that acid consumption of the uranium mineral with pyrite was 1.2% lower than that without pyrite,and its leaching rate was 10% higher. It is indicated that presence of pyrite in uranium bioleaching process could reduce leaching cycle,lower acid consumption and increase leaching rate.
