铀矿石不同细菌浸出方式对比试验

Contrast Experiments on Different Bioleaching Method for Uranium Ore

摘要: 对某铀矿石进行了细菌柱浸和细菌池浸(充气条件)的对比试验研究,分析了浸出过程中有关参数的变化规律,探讨了适合该铀矿石的细菌浸出方式。试验结果表明,柱浸方式和池浸方式对该铀矿石均有较好的浸出效果,浸出率分别为89.85%和87.05%,渣铀品位分别为0.010 4%和0.013 3%,酸耗分别为3.38%和2.16%,浸出周期为48 d。综合浸出周期、酸耗、浸出率等指标及工业化实际条件,认为细菌柱浸方式可以作为优先考虑的浸出方式。

Abstract: A comparative bacteria leach experiments like,column leaching and tank leaching (aeration condition),were carried out on uranium ore. The change rules of related parameters in the leaching process are analyzed and the suitable bioleaching way for the uranium ore was discussed. The results of experiment showed that the column leaching and the tank leaching had a good effect on the uranium ore with the leaching rate 89.85% and 87.05%,the ore slag grade 0.010 4% and 0.013 3%,and the acid consumption 3.38% and 2.16% respectively within 48 d. Compared with the leaching periods,acid consumption,leaching rate and actual industrial conditions,it is considered that the column leaching is the priority to the uranium ore.
