Abstract: Using the cement mortar as test models，the air-couple charge and water-couple charge blasting tests are carried out to analyze the character of rock granularity after blasting under different conditions. The test results showed that water-couple charge was more even in rock granularity and lower in big blocks than that of air-couple charge with the same dosage. That means water-couple charge owns a stronger blasting strength with a higher energy usage.
