水介质爆破模型试验研究

摘要: 以水泥砂浆试块为试验模型,进行空气耦合装药及水介质耦合装药爆破试验,分析出不同情况下的爆破后试块的粒度分布特征。对试验结果分析研究表明,水介质耦合装药与空气耦合装药相比,在药量相同的条件下,水介质爆破的粒度更加均匀,大块率降低很多,表明水介质耦合装药的爆破作用强度大、能量利用率高。

Abstract: Using the cement mortar as test models,the air-couple charge and water-couple charge blasting tests are carried out to analyze the character of rock granularity after blasting under different conditions. The test results showed that water-couple charge was more even in rock granularity and lower in big blocks than that of air-couple charge with the same dosage. That means water-couple charge owns a stronger blasting strength with a higher energy usage.
