新型人造矿物聚合物的制备与机理探讨

摘要: 以偏高岭土、粉煤灰为原料,在碱性激活剂作用下,采用适当工艺处理,在50~100 ℃的较低温度下,通过化学聚合反应制备出了高性能的人造矿物聚合物。试验研究表明:当最佳氧化物摩尔比为n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=0.30,n(SiO2)/n(Al2 O3)=3.7,n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=17时,所制备的人造矿物聚合物1 d抗压强度可达47.19 MPa,28 d抗压强度可达53.81 MPa;采用X衍射、电镜扫描和红外等方法对人造矿物聚合作用的微观机理进行了探讨。

Abstract: With metakaolin and fly ash as raw materials,the high performance artificial geo-polymer is prepared which results from the chemical polymerization reaction with alkaline activator at low temperature of between 50℃ and 100℃. The test results showed that when the mole ratio Na2O/SiO2 is 0.30,the mole ratio SiO2/Al2O3 is 3.7,and the mole ratio H2O/Na2O is 17 of the optimal oxides,the 1-day compressive strength of the geo-polymer can reach 47.19 MPa,and the 28-day compressive strength can reach 53.81 MPa. The microcosmic mechanisms of artificial geo-polymerization were assessed through a variety of techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Infrared (IR) spectroscopy.
