摘要: 为提高梅山铁矿硫酸渣的附加值,进行了以该硫酸渣为原料,用选矿方法生产氧化铁红的试验研究。试验采用筛分分级—筛下预磨—漂洗—超细磨—碳硫钙镁反浮选—硅反浮选工艺,获得了Fe2O3含量达98.19%,SiO2含量为0.48%的磁材级氧化铁红和Fe2O3含量为95.06%,SiO2含量为0.83%的颜料级氧化铁红,而筛分筛上产品和反浮选泡沫产品可直接作为铁精矿。

Abstract: To improve the additional value of the pyrite cinder of Meishan Iron Mine, test was made on producing iron oxide red by beneficiation process consisting of screening, pre-grinding of screen undersize fraction, rinsing, ultra fine grinding, reverse flotation of carbon, sulfur, calcium and magnesium, and reverse flotation of silicon.Iron oxide red of magnetic material grade containing 98.19% Fe2O3 and 0.48% SiO2 and that of pigment grade containing 95.06% Fe2O3 and 0.83% SiO2 were obtained, and the screen oversize product and the froth product of reverse flotation can be directly sold as iron concentrate.
