Abstract: With the development of industrial blasting industry, the state has set increasingly higher requirements on the safety, reliability and performance of the industrial explosive production.According to the related new state regulations on explosive production, we have proposed a management-control integration mode based on the original automatically controlled emulsive explosive production line, that is, the combination of video control and on-site DCS automatic control.It is connected with the enterprise management network so as to realize a factory-based data sharing and real time control.Realization of the system has greatly increased management leved and market competitive power of the enterprise.
