Abstract: A fuzzy intelligent control arithmetic was proposed for the control of the pulp level of the classification pump-sump in metal mineral processing. It has solved the problem of the variation of pump throughput due to the sharp variation of the pump-sump pulp level that can lead to a reduction of the hydrocyclone classification efficiency. The simulation results indicate that the system steady error is below 0.53% and compared to the existing production process, it can greatly reduce the production cost, improve the product quality and satisfy the product process requirements.
