Abstract: Applying the scientific development views, and establishing the developing concept of Green Mining. While the mineral resources are rationally exploited, the waste also needs to be recycled. The general thoughts on the construction and development of Sijiaying Iron Mine should be based on the ideal of saving land and environmental protection. And this thoughts must be applied in whole mine design plan and the scheme selection process.
