Abstract: Economics analysis is made of disaster prevention and comprehensive control of gangue hills in spontaneous combustion in coal mines in accordance with safety theory of decrease benefit and increment benefit.Taking a coal group as example, practical calculation is carried out for the decrease benefit and increment benefit that may produce through comprehensive treatment of its gangue hills in spontaneous combustion.The results show an evident possible economic benefit from their disaster prevention and comprehensive control.
