Abstract: The paper analyzes and studies the main control factors and safety criteria of blast-vibration effect, and describes the adjacent important objects to be protected, the vibration effect and safety criteria of blasting for excavation in special stratum, the vibration effect and of blasting tunnelling on the overlying buildings and their safety control.The site measurement results and research show that excavation blasting under different conditions can induce seismic waves with different attenuation laws.In light of the particle vibration velocity, the safety criteria of blast-vibration for such environmental conditions as major cultural relics, karst tunnel, frozen earth tunnel and subway are proposed.
