Abstract: Intensified mining contracting can enable the employer to realize an early commissioning and designed capacity, get a steady high quality ore supply, shorten the investment payback period and reduce the investment risk; and the contractor to fully display its superiority and utilize various advanced blasting technologies to improve the efficiency and save the cost. Therefore, intensified mining contracting is a win-win management mode. The paper describes the practice of and the economic benefit achieved in the management of intensified mining contracting of Jingshansi Iron Mine.
