Abstract: Mine is a complex system.The construction of mine decision support system by modern information technology for assisting the production, operation and management is an important component of mine informatization and digital construction.GIS, which is capable of space data management, 3D visualization and special analysis, provides an effective technical way for mine decision support system.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the foreign and domestic research, the paper presents the features and functions of the decision support system, proposes and designs the structure and model of GIS-based mine decision support system and discusses its development procedure and instances.
