Evaluation of Sustainable Development Policy of Resource-based City：With Huangshi City as the Study Case

Abstract: The paper highlights the main contents and application scope of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE), and based on this, establishes AHP-FCE method.According to its requirement, the index system of sustainable development policy of resource-based Huangshi City is designed and the 2003-2006 support policies for the sustainable development policies of Huangshi City and its effect are evaluated.
