Abstract: Test was made on using a pulse cartridge dust collector to purify 0.5～5 μm ultrafine powder.The main performance parameters of the collector such as its purification efficiency, resistance and filtering wind speed.The test result shows that for 0.5～5 μm ultrafine powder, the dust resistance is less than 300 Pa at a filtering wind speed of 0.8～1.25 m/min,and is less than 1 200 Pa at a filtering speed of 2.8 m/min, and the purification efficiency is 99.999 7%.The pulse cartridge dust collector has advantages of high dusting efficiency, low resistance loss and economized power consumption, benefiting its application in the purification of ultrafine powder.
