Abstract: In light of the present situation of Tongguan Logistics Co., Ltd.and the problems in its secondary-level units such as low management and service level, doing things in each one's own way and mutual bad competition, a solution is proposed which includes “resource integration, concentrated management and setting-up of logistics branch companies”.The modes of internal and external organization are highlighted.Internal reorganization lays stress on resource integration and concentrated management, which gives prominence to the organizational relation and management levels and attaches importance to market development and client management, aiming to improve the enterprise's comprehensive quality.The external reorganization lays stress on the external contact and channeling.Finally, it is proposed to enhance the dynamic mechanism of enterprise's competitive power by means of logistics reorganization.
